What is your return policy?

While we are sorry to hear you didn’t like the questions or enjoy using the cards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds.

What if my package gets lost or I don't receive it?

Please note that we track packages based on the information provided by USPS. If anything happens to the package while in transit, such as the package being lost or damaged, we will potentially replace it or provide a reimbursement. Once the package has been marked as "Delivered" to your residence, USPS and Words Well Said, LLC are no longer responsible for the package, as neither can account for the security of the residence or business where it was delivered.

Are wholesale orders available?

Absolutely! Please e-mail hello@wordswellsaid.com to inquire about wholesale orders, using “Wholesale Inquiry” somwhere in the subject line.

Can I buy them somewhere else, like Amazon?

No. We are the only official online retailer of Can We Talk? Cards. We are, however, available in a few bookstores across the country!

How can I use my deck of cards?

Can We Talk? Cards make conversation starters at parties, events, road trips, meetings, in classrooms, ice breakers, journal prompts, social media engagement, and more. The possibilities are endless!

Are the cards a game?

They’re not designed as a game, meaning there are no specific instructions that come with each deck. But feel free to use your creativity and turn it into a fun activity!

Are all of the questions the same in each edition?

Each deck features a different set of questions with little to no overlap in questions.

Knowing What to Say Just Got Easier
